Rooted in island life
Myara Community was born from our (Amy and Sara) wish to build a life on Tenerife with our children - surrounded by nature and community.
It started at the beautiful outdoor kindergarden Nature School, where our kids learn among banana trees, natural elements and open sky.

Sara is a life, business and stress coach.
Amy brings warmth, creativity and a natural gift of serving to other people. Especially with women in crisis she's a listening rock and physical helper. She is experienced in facilitating knitting/crochet courses and she also offers help with nails and excellent home organisation and cleaning services.
We are both experienced breathwork practitioners - and together we build Myara Community with care, presence, and respect for each woman's journey.
